Guiding principle:
DESPONDENCY or DESPAIR - Stress

About this herb:
Scientific name: Ulmus procera
Description: English elm is a large, powerful tree that can reach a height of 130 feet and with a trunk up to 7 feet in diameter. Because of its delicate twigs and the fine, intricate foliage, it embodies sensitivity at the same time. It is found above all in forests and hedges. There are many different kinds, it is important to be able to identify them accurately. The flowers are red and appear between February and April, before the leaves open.

The aims of this flower essence:
One feels to be overtaxed. One has the feeling not to be able to cope with one´s task or responsibility.

Dr. Bach wrote:
Those who are doing good work, are following the calling of their life and who hope to do something of importance, and this often for the benefit of humanity. At times there may be periods of depression when they feel that the task they have undertaken is too difficult, and not within the power of a human being.   (The 12 Healers and other remedies, 1936)
